India Against Corruption ('IAC") is a people's organisation affiliated to the Hindustan Republican Association which was founded on 3 October,1924 at Kanpur (United Provinces). It is today one of the secular 'public' faces of the HRA movement as outlined in the Yellow Paper.

We had suggested to them, in last few days, that they rally around an iconic figure like Anna Hazare, Baba Ramdev etc if they are so inclined and organise a press conference with Anna on a video feed from Ralegan where Anna is recuperating.

We would welcome if Shri Anna Hazare's Jan Tantra Morcha, or Baba Ramdev's BST etc. takes all such persons into their fold, as IAC does not see the present issue as pro-Team.Arvind or anti-Team.Arvind or "betrayal of Anna Hazare" as being projected by them.

At the same time IAC, being a national level movement to open the eyes of patriotic citizens, reserves the right to publicly disagree or provide its inputs from time to time. IAC is also prepared to clarify most issues about the past and present IACs, except those which impinge on our operational flexibility.

IAC has always maintained that the so-called JanLokPal movement of 2011-2012 which took simultaneously place under IAC's banner for CWG scam andolan is a complete fraud on the people of India designed by Congress and elements within BJP to cover up Common Wealth Games scam, and executed by Rahul Gandhi / Digvijay Singh through foreign funded anti-national forces for JanLokPal fraud to become a Frankenstein monster and subsume the IAC revolutionary banner itself, and which HRA could never allow to happen.

Shri Anna Hazare is not now, and never was, a part of India Against Corruption's core committees and inner bodies.

IAC Manifesto

INDIA AGAINST CORRUPTION MANIFESTO for every patriotic citizen
This manifesto is being promulgated by India Against Corruption
("IAC"), a conservative Republican movement on behalf of the patriots of
Hindustan, so that every honest Indian should read the whole of it and
circulate it among his friends so that it may be read out to others.

1.2 And whereas, it would be relevant to recall at the outset the sacrifices of
the martyrs of the Hindustan Republican Association ("HRA"), the
revolutionary precursor of IAC, whose own Manifesto and Constitution of 1924
listed some goals of the movement as under :-

1) Core Values
1.001: India Against Corruption (IAC) is a pan-Indian apolitical body of
persons that has initiated a national anti-corruption movement as
empowered citizens of India. The IAC believes that India's governance can
be ensured through legitimate means by systematic combat of corruption
and corrupt persons.
Accordingly, the IAC movement is directed at :-
(i) disseminating knowledge,
(ii) determining means and strategies to combat/control corruption,
(iii) empowering individuals, groups of individuals or like-minded
associations fighting corruption or resolving grievances, etc, within
the country.
